Midwest Computer Solutions is a Columbus, IN-based business with 5 locations and over 25 years of service in the South-Central Indiana Region. When Midwest Computer Solutions opened a printing division in late 2023, they sought my help with social media management to promote their new division and grow their online presence.
As social media manager, I researched target audiences, developed a year-round social media strategy, created a monthly content calendar, and handled daily social media management, including concept/strategy development, post design and publishing, and community engagement. I also managed their Google Business Profile and created semi-monthly email newsletters.

Core objectives were to increase brand engagement & brand awareness on Midwest Computer Solutions & Printing’s Facebook accounts, particularly for their printing division.
KPIs include organic views, post engagement/interactions, and profile followers.
Strategy began with an awareness campaign that balanced product features and company history, establishing brand authority in the printing industry, and inviting user engagement. A consistent posting schedule aided in algorithmic awareness. Semi-monthly newsletters reflected social media content, focusing on only one or two main themes per month.
Strategy balanced paid and organic advertising, using the top-performing organic content types for paid advertising with Meta Ads.
Posts using seasonal marketing, linking key seasonal events with MWCP's offerings.
The Results.
Q1 Social Media Analytics showed a 251.1% increase in organic reach and a 199.3% increase in content interactions, including comments, likes, and reshares.
Detailed research on target audiences and a consistent social media schedule with content that relates to the audience were the core drivers behind these significant increases, proving the power of data-driven, client-focused strategy
