Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Indiana Realty is a real estate company with over 11 offices across Indiana and over 400 agents. 

Part Social Media Manager and part Brand/Social Media Strategist, my role as Marketing Coordinator allows me to juggle multiple responsibilities in the fast-paced world of real estate. Below are just a few of my primary duties:

  • Develop, revise, and maintain the customized marketing and branding strategies of over 65 agents across South-Central Indiana.
  • Implement strategy, create and manage content, and engage with the community for three company pages.
  • Collaborate within a 7-person marketing team, to design company-wide campaigns and marketing initiatives.
  • Aid in the marketing needs of all 400+ agents statewide.
  • Utilize the CRM platform BoldTrail to design websites and manage contacts.
  • Design monthly newsletters using MailChimp/Constant Contact.
  • Host workshops and training sessions for the South-Central offices.

Social Media.

My role as social media manager for three of our South-Central offices primarily focuses on ensuring brand compliance, posting agent listings, and creating additional company content on an as-needed basis.

In February 2026, my responsibilities grew to include helping create, implement, and manage a new, in-depth social media strategy for Facebook and Instagram. This strategy started with our Seymour office, where I was responsible for the day-to-day campaign execution and monthly analytics. The strategy focuses on a blend of automated listing content, local features, and storytelling. 

This strategy resulted in a 28.7% increase in Viewers and a 33.8% increase in Engagement over the span of three months. 

From February to May 2026, I developed and executed a minor campaign focused on agent attraction for the Columbus office. This campaign centered on an agent interview reel series to drive engagement and build brand trust in the local market.

I’ve had the opportunity to partner with several agents to revise and develop their personal branding strategies. In the saturated world of real estate, a personal, authentic, and recognizable brand is key to ensuring content stands out from competitors. From luxury and refinement to peaceful countryside vibes, these projects are driven by strategy and defined by creativity.

Website Work.

I partnered with several agents to design additional SEO-friendly, UX/UI-standard resource pages for their websites on the BoldTrail CRM platform.

Each page is designed to provide value to visitors, drive leads, and establish agents as leading authorities in their markets.

I also write monthly articles for the main company’s page, focusing on a blend of seller, buyer, homeowner, and home-related topics.
