Primarily managed the Facebook, Instagram, Yelp, and Google Business Profile accounts of Chick-fil-A Columbus National. Primary responsibilities included creating content for use in social media promotions, and monitoring viewer engagement, feedback, and comments throughout all platforms. Other responsibilities included various Graphic Design task, the creation of an internal employee success website, and managing POP during various seasonal campaigns.

A key goal throughout the internship was to increase brand awareness of Chick-fil-A’s company culture, employees, and products. To achieve this, I posted weekly employee highlights, as well as.

A significant campaign was the Mobile Drive Through Campaign, which ran from January to April. To increase awareness of this campaign, I implemented one major giveaway, increasing social engagement and organic sharing. Posts highlighted weekly featured items, and promoted engagement, awareness, and organic sharing objectives.

The Results.

Throughout the course of the internship, we saw an overall increase in average post engagement from 1-2 interactions in December, to around 5-6 interactions in April 2023 (A 150% increase in engagement). Social Media Management over the Mobile Drive-Through Campaign also supported brand & product awareness, with a 380% increase in viewer participation over the span of two months.
