Strategy and UX

Since The Big Cheese is a restaurant, it was important to highlight the menu offered and incentives to order through third-party apps like DoorDash. To do this, I added sections describing local favorites, as well as positive reviews, to build trust with the customer.

Below are the wireframes I designed for the project.

The Big Cheese Wireframing (Lo-Fi)

menu for quick selection

A major issue with the current digital marketing of The Big Cheese is the lack of an updated and easily findable menu. To solve this, I placed a partial menu on the front page with a button to the full menu for easy review and selection.

responsive for
every platform

With a foundation of Bootstrap 5, this responsive website fits every major device dimension with three critical breakpoints. The menu is also fully responsive through CSS Flexbox and CSS Grid for the overall layout.
